PromptArt ("the app") is published by BetterLifeStudio. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you install and use the app. By continuing to use PromptArt, you agree to the practices described below.

1. App permissions and why we need them

PromptArt may request certain permissions so features work as intended:

• Internet — Loads prompts, categories, preview images, subscription status, and other content from our servers.

• Access network state — Checks whether you are online so the app can respond appropriately.

• Notifications — Delivers messages and updates you have allowed. You can turn these off anytime in your device settings.

• Billing — Used by Google Play for in-app subscriptions. We do not receive or store your card or payment details.

• Advertising ID (where applicable) — Helps show and measure ads for non-Premium users. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings.

If you decline or revoke a permission, related features may not work. This does not automatically delete information already stored under this policy.

2. What data we collect and why

No sign-in required: PromptArt does not ask you to create a username or password. When you use the app, it connects to our servers so your favorites, subscription status, and access stay available on your device.

General location: When you are online, the app may use your general area (such as city, region, or country) to support app functionality. We do not use this for precise or continuous location tracking.

Prompts and app content: Prompts, preview images, categories, and related details are stored on our systems and shown inside the app. You can browse, reveal, copy, and share content within PromptArt.

Using prompts outside the app: When you copy a prompt, you may paste it into any AI tool you choose — such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, Flux, or Ideogram. PromptArt does not send your data to those platforms. Each service handles your information under its own privacy rules.

Favorites: When you save a prompt, that choice is stored so your Favorites list stays available when you open the app again.

Reports: If you use Report a Problem (from Settings or the flag icon on a prompt), you may select a reason and optionally add a short note. We receive what you submit, along with related prompt details when applicable, so our team can review content or app issues. Reporting is optional.

Feedback: If you tap Send Feedback in Settings, your device email app opens. We only receive what you choose to send us by email.

Share: If you share the app or a prompt through your device share menu, the app you share to handles that content. PromptArt does not read or store what you send through other apps unless you contact us directly.

Push notifications: If you allow notifications, we keep the information needed to deliver messages to your device. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.

Advertising: Non-Premium users may see ads through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). AdMob and related Google services may collect identifiers and usage data for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. Learn more: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

Rewarded ads: Some prompts may require you to watch a rewarded ad before they are revealed or unlocked. This happens only when you choose that action inside the app.

Subscriptions: Premium purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive the information needed to grant, verify, or restore Premium access. We do not store payment card numbers or bank details.

Usage and stability: We use analytics and crash reporting to understand how the app is used and to fix problems. This information is generally aggregated or anonymized.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your in-app activity for unrelated third-party marketing.

3. How we use your information

We use the information described above to deliver prompts and app content, save your favorites, manage Premium subscriptions, operate and improve PromptArt, show ads and measure ad performance, send notifications you have agreed to, review reports and support requests, and protect the service against misuse.

4. Content standards and your responsibility

PromptArt provides creative prompt text and reference visuals for inspiration. We do not guarantee that every prompt is accurate, original, or suitable for every audience or platform.

The app includes a reporting option so you can flag content or issues you believe violate our policies. Reported items are reviewed and may be removed.

You are responsible for how you use copied prompts in external AI tools. Do not use PromptArt to create, copy, or share content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or that infringes the rights of others.

5. Third-party services

PromptArt uses services that process data under their own privacy policies:

Firebase (Google) — Analytics, crash reporting, and push messaging. https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

AI tool links: The AI Tools section may open external websites or apps such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, Flux, or Ideogram. Those services are independent of PromptArt and govern your data on their own terms.

6. Data security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect information sent between your device and our systems. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.

7. How long we keep data

• Favorites — Kept while you use the app so your list stays available. You can remove favorites at any time inside the app.

• Session and device data — Retained while needed to operate your installation and subscription access.

• Reports — Kept as long as needed to review and address them.

• Subscription data — Retained while you use Premium and as needed for support, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

• Analytics and crash data — Kept in aggregated or anonymized form according to our service providers' policies.

• Ad-related data — Subject to Google and AdMob retention practices. You can reset your advertising ID in device settings if you wish.

8. Your choices and rights

You can remove favorites inside the app, change or revoke permissions in device settings, turn off notifications, limit ad personalization, cancel subscriptions through Google Play, and uninstall the app at any time.

To request access to or deletion of data linked to your use of PromptArt, contact us using the details at the end of this policy. We will respond to legitimate requests in line with applicable law.

9. Children's privacy

PromptArt is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

10. When we share data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with advertising partners for ad serving and measurement; with service providers that help us operate the app, under confidentiality and use limits; or when required by law or to protect users, our rights, or the integrity of the service.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date below will change. Continued use of PromptArt after an update means you accept the revised policy.
