Terms of Use

PromptArt ("the app", "we", "us", "our") is a mobile library of ready-to-use AI image prompts, operated by BetterLifeStudio. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and us governing your use of the app. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to the PromptArt Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, uninstall the app.

PromptArt is not an AI image generator. The app never creates, edits, or saves pictures. "Generate" only unlocks the hidden prompt string. The picture is made in the AI image tool you already use.

1. The service

Inside the app you can browse Home, open Category collections, save Favorites, open a prompt, tap Generate to reveal the text, copy it, share it, and jump to the AI Tools tab to paste that text in a tool you pick.

PromptArt does not run an image model and does not produce pictures. There is no camera, gallery, or file upload. We do not operate any third-party image generator you may open from AI Tools.

2. Who may use PromptArt

You must be 13 or older. Under the age of majority in your country, a parent or guardian must agree. We will close access if we learn a user is under 13.

PromptArt has no sign-up. On first launch the app registers this device (see the Privacy Policy). Favorites and session unlocks can disappear after uninstall or a new phone. A paid Premium plan can be restored with the same store account.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on a device you own or control, for your own lawful, personal use, subject to these Terms.

3. Prompts and pictures you make elsewhere

The library, previews, and in-app design belong to BetterLifeStudio or our licensors. You may reveal, copy, favorite, share, and paste individual prompts into third-party tools for personal use. The same prompt is available to other users.

Whatever image appears in another app is between you and that app. Their terms decide ownership. You are responsible for using those images lawfully.

4. Rules of use

Do not use PromptArt, or any prompt from it, to make or spread material that:

• Is sexual or pornographic.

• Involves a minor in any sexual or exploitative way (zero tolerance; we may contact authorities).

• Promotes violence, terrorism, extremism, self-harm, or abuse.

• Attacks people for race, religion, caste, gender, orientation, disability, age, or similar.

• Harasses or threatens anyone.

• Shows a real person without consent, impersonates them, or presents a fake image as a real photo.

• Violates copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

• Is fraud, spam, or illegal.

• Breaks the rules of the AI tool you paste into.

Also do not:

• Scrape, dump, resell, or commercially reuse the library or previews without written permission.

• Use the library to train a model or to build a competing dataset.

• Hit our API with bots or scripts.

• Attack or overload our servers.

• Reverse-engineer the app except where the law already allows it.

• Cheat ads, consent, locks, or purchases.

Breach can mean a ban and a report to the relevant authority.

5. Reports

Use the flag on a prompt card, or Settings → Report a Problem. We can edit or take down any prompt or preview. For a rights claim, email us with enough detail to find the item and prove your claim.

6. Ads and PromptArt Premium

The free app shows AdMob ads unless you are Premium. Where required, a consent screen appears first. Settings → Privacy options re-opens that form when Google still requires it.

Some prompts offer an optional rewarded video before the text is revealed. You always choose whether to watch. That unlock lasts for the current session.

PromptArt Premium is a weekly, monthly, or yearly auto-renewing plan. It removes ads, opens premium packs, and skips rewarded unlocks.

• Google Play or the App Store takes payment. We never see card numbers.

• Price and period are shown in-app before you confirm.

• Renewal happens unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.

• Cancel in Play or Apple ID settings. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.

• Settings → Cancel & Refund opens the store page. Refunds are the store's decision.

• Restore Purchases reapplies an active plan on a new install.

We can change plans or benefits; an active period is affected from the next renewal.

7. Our marks and your tools

PromptArt's name, look, code, prompt set, and previews stay ours (or our licensors'). Third-party names on the AI Tools tab belong to those companies.

8. Other services and uptime

Stores, AdMob, Firebase, RevenueCat, and any AI site you open are outside our control. A link is not an endorsement. Most features need internet. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, or require an update. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the app or any feature.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will always work, or that an outside tool will accept a prompt or give a certain picture. Where local law forbids a full disclaimer, our warranty is limited to the smallest amount that law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetterLifeStudio, its owners, or its providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for images you create in other apps. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50. Mandatory legal rights stay intact.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BetterLifeStudio from claims arising out of your use of PromptArt, a prompt, a breach of these Terms, or a third-party right.

11. Suspension and termination

Uninstall anytime (cancel Premium in the store first). We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you broke these Terms or the law, if required by law, or to protect users or the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive.

12. Stores and governing law

Play and App Store rules win on billing and refunds.

Apple: this contract is with BetterLifeStudio, not Apple. Apple need not support the app and is not responsible for claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these Terms as third-party beneficiaries. You are not in a US-embargoed country and not on a US restricted list.

Google: Google is not a party to these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, disputes will be handled in the courts of India. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

These Terms plus the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement. An invalid clause does not kill the rest. You may not assign the contract.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where the change is material, we may surface a notice in the app. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
