Data Deletion

PromptArt ("the app") is published by BetterLifeStudio. The app does not use a username or password. Your access is linked to this device's installation, not to a named account.


1. How to request deletion

Option 1 — In the app

• Un-favorite prompts inside Home or Favorites.

• Switch off notifications in Android / iOS settings.

• Reset or restrict the advertising ID on the device.

• End PromptArt Premium from Google Play or Apple subscriptions (we never store a card).

• Uninstall PromptArt — that wipes on-device caches and the secure token on this phone.

Option 2 — Email us

Send an email to studiobetterlife69@gmail.com with the subject "PromptArt data deletion" and include:

• The app name: PromptArt (com.promptart.aiprompts)

• A brief note that you want the installation deleted

• Phone brand and model

• Version shown in Settings

• Approximate install or last-used date

You can also open Settings → Request Data Deletion or Settings → Send Feedback. We may reply once to confirm we have the right device. No login is required.


2. What we delete

When we process your request, we delete or anonymize, where applicable:

• The device / installation row on our API

• FCM push tokens linked to your device

• The access token issued at splash login

Favorites are not on this list. They are kept on your device, so un-favoriting them in the app or uninstalling deletes them.


3. What we may keep

We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate purposes, such as:

• Store / RevenueCat billing rows needed for refunds, tax, or fraud checks

• Report notes we already received, until review is finished

• Analytics and crash data in aggregated or anonymized form

• Short-lived server logs, then dropped or anonymized

Google's ad systems are separate. Use Google's ads / ad-ID controls for that data.


4. Response time

We will respond to legitimate deletion requests within 30 days, in line with applicable law.

PromptArt ("the app", "we", "us", "our") is a mobile library of ready-to-use AI image prompts, operated by BetterLifeStudio.
